Strength in Motion
A 6-week strength training program for adults 40+ who want to move better, feel stronger, and build real momentum.This isn’t about chasing abs or punishing workouts. It’s about creating a solid foundation—smart, sustainable training that respects your body and fits your life.
Core Blast
A 6-week program designed to help you build real, functional core strength that supports you in everyday life. You’ll train three days a week, with each session including one main core workout and an optional bonus finisher if you’re up for more.


Plate and Bodyweight
A dynamic mix of circuit-style, HIIT, AMRAP, EMOM, and For Time workouts designed to keep you moving and challenged. Each session blends bodyweight exercises with weighted plate movements, creating fast-paced, effective workouts that build endurance, improve coordination, and boost overall fitness.
